TAGDev 2.0 Scholars at the University of Port Harcourt kickstarts their journey with the university-wide orientation programme.

Earlier today, the TAGDev 2.0 scholars (Cohort 1) under the TAGDev 2.0 Program (a collaborative effort of University of Port Harcourt with support from RUFORUM, in partnership with Mastercard Foundation) participated in the orientation programme for duly registered first year students in the University of Port Harcourt for the 2025/2026 Session.

The orientation afforded the scholars the opportunity to interact with the university officials and got better informed about the basic rules and regulations governing their stay in the University as a student. The orientation programme also gave them the opportunity to ask questions and get clarification on their matter of interest during the orientation.

The orientation programme concluded with a photo session of the TAGDev 2.0 scholars with the university officials, marking a warm welcome to the University of Port Harcourt and symbolizing open lines of communication between the scholars and the university management.
