TAGDev 2.0 Program Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) workshop at Entebbe, Uganda.

In preparation for the official kickoff/implementation of TAGDev 2.0 Program at the University of Port Harcourt, I represented the University of Port Harcourt in the TAGDev 2.0 Program Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) workshop which held from 25th – 26th March 2025 in Entebbe, Uganda.
The Regional Universities Forum for Capacity Building in Agriculture (RUFORUM)and the Mastercard Foundation organised this workshop for TAGDev 2.0 Program staff involved in MEL both at the RUFORUM Secretariat and the Partner universities. The workshop was organised to review TAGDev 2.0’s MEL plan and promote a shared understanding of the crucial roles that all stakeholders have in MEL for effective Programming and delivery.
Many thanks to Mastercard Foundation, RUFORUM, the Vice Chancellor of the University of Port Harcourt Prof. Owunari Georgewill, and the Program coordinator of TAGDev 2.0 at University of Port Harcourt Prof. Ibisime Etela for granting me the opportunity to represent TAGDev 2.0 University of Port Harcourt (UniPort) in this capacity.
