Wednesday, July 23, 2025 the final day of the Regional Universities Forum for Capacity Building in Agriculture (RUFORUM) Executive Mission to University of Port Harcourt zoomed in on Re-imagining Partner Delivery Models and Risk Management with special reference to practical models and strategies for performance tracking, risk management, and contract-based delivery systems. Prof. Patrick Okori and Prof. Anthony Egeru facilitated the key sessions, with support from Mr. Collins Brian Owino (Finance Officer) encouraging participants to rethink traditional approaches to academic program delivery and impact tracking. The Mission concluded with:
✅ Group reflections and feedback on delivery models, issues on rice and fish value chain;
✅ Insights into impact measurement frameworks, and
✅ A roadmap of next steps for sustaining TAGDev 2.0 at UniPort and strengthening partnerships across the Continent.

The RUFORUM Executive Mission to UniPort marked a significant step forward in reinforcing the University’s role in advancing agriculture, entrepreneurship, and transformative education. As TAGDev 2.0 progresses, the University of Port Harcourt remains committed to shaping the future of African higher education—through innovation, inclusion, and impact.
